Luke Richard CHAPMAN

Luke Richard Chapman was born on the 21st March 1991 in Cannock, Staffordshire.

A talented young lad who has a passion for football.

He started his football career as a youth player having been signed by Port Vale as a midfielder.

He stayed with Post Vale, and in 2009 he embarked on his senior career. He was with Port Vale for two years and during his time there, only played once for them. This was his first team debut as a last minute substitute for Danny GLOVER in the final game of the 2007 - 08 season. The game was against Southend United at Roots Hall and it ended in a one all draw. He didn't appear for the main team during the 2008 - 09 season, due to a serious knee injury. In September 2009, along with the whole Port Vale team, he was transfer
listed, after Mickey ADAMS saw his team suffer a third consecutive defeat. Luke left Port Vale by mutual consent the following month.

Later that year, he joined Hednesford Town in the Southern Football League. He was only with Hednesford for a brief spell and made just four appearances.

The following year 2010, Luke was offered a place with Athersone Town but he turned this down and joined Rocester in the Midland Football Alliance. Again, he was only with them for a year but during his stay, he made seventeen appearances, including three cup games, and scored eight goals.

In the summer of 2011, Luke joined Stafford Rangers who play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
